2200 Mailboxes, 3 Servers, plus ActiveSync, Good Mobile, Enterprise Vault,
ProofPoint and McAfee SCM Gateways. Also manage storage and switched
fabrics. Those are probably  most of my primary responsibilities. I also
handle a lot of the AD and Group Policy management, proactive monitoring,
general server support and escalated help desk support.

Other than recently completing a signficant hardware upgrade, I'd say
managing Exchange consumes very little of my time. That's also because we
have a separate department responsible for user management tasks. Managing
storage however....that's my full time job.
