Currenly 2 admin and 1 manager (who helps out) supporting 13,000 Exchange 2007 users but we also support Listserv (Lsoft), Mirapoint, Zix Encryption, Blackberry Enterprise, Quest Archival, BulkMailer (home grown) and throw in 70,000 students on MS Live using Identity Live for provisioning. Ohh...throw in Ironport which is coming in fairly soon I believe, to replace our Mirapoint relays. We stay pretty busy. Anybody have any articles that suggest how many mailboxes ONE Exchange Admin should support? I'm sure it varies greatly from company to company, but I'm just trying to get a general baseline.
