E2k3, but I don't think it matters much. I've been trying to keep security groups and DLs segregated by OU and naming convention, but see that many of my DLs have been automagically converted to security groups.
I believe this is because they've been used to apply permissions on things like PFs and resource booking for accounts for conference rooms and such. I believe this is by design, but don't know the implications of it. Can anyone point to to a precis (or an opus, I'm not picky) on this topic so I can better understand it? Is it futile to worry about this kind of conversion? Thanks, Kurt
