I think everybody else's advise to contact corporate counsel is the right track. You want to check things with the lawyers before you take significant action. That said, one thing you should do is determine the IP address(es) he is originating the mail from. Then, if appropriate (i.e., Legal thinks it's a good idea), contact the abuse desk at his ISP. -- Ben
