I have client using Outlook to maintain a customer mailing DL which is stored in a PF. Some users have OL 2007 SP2 (which according to MSKB 238569 no longer has a limit), others have OL 2003. The size of the DL only recently exceeded the limit.
While it's clear that OL 2007 SP1 or earlier can't deal with saving larger lists, the KB article gives no clues what the result might be if an earlier Outlook tries to SEND to a too-large DL made by 2007 SP2.
