Clarification.  The director told me it is meeting requests that don't come
through.  The appointments, once accepted, do appear on the BB user's
calendar.

It's intermittent and based on my new understanding of the problem, a
restart doesn't seem necessary to fix the problem, as I just tested an
appointment and she received the request on her BB, and the BES hadn't been
restarted since she reported the problem.  A review of the logs hasn't seen
anything to jump out at me, either.  I don't have a time frame of when the
meeting rquests were generated.  If I can find that, I might have better
luck, too.
