Gah! I was afraid you were going to say that. Guess I have to step up my move to 2010. I've got it installed, but am still quite confused as to how to "present it" to the public intarwebs via ISA 2006.

But as far as I know, only the meeting owner or a full-control delegate of the owner will have "Send Update". Calendar processing is almost black magic on Exchange 2003. It's very controllable on Exchange 2010. Regards, Michael B. I have a question regarding the Auto Accept Agent & Calendar items in general. Here's the scenario: · I schedule a meeting with two people (A & B) & the resource (a conference room). · All accept, so item is placed on their calendars. · If either A or B edits the item on their calendar, adding some comments or adding an attachment, they only have Save & Close as an option, not Send Update, so their update is not sent out to the group. · I edit the item on my calendar, adding an attachment or comments. I have Send Update & send it - the calendar item gets updated on all calendars. A & B have Editor Permissions on the resource's calendar though I suspect that may not be necessary. Bottom line - I'd like to have everyone have the ability to edit the calendar item and it gets updated on the resource calendar as well as the rest of the invitees. Is this possible?
