Thanks Maninder I really got your communication and let me share one thing,
what you said comes in from a deep resignation of what's possible in life and
it is all pervasive with all of us, no-one left out.Neither me nor you nor
anyone else.
Intention here is just to share what's possible, Normally we do not look like
that , as you said we fight it out through our own way, what if you discovered
like I did that the design of how we function is all the same.
Will share more as we go along, A question to enquire into , we are the only
species that are called Human Being....
There is no Dog being and Cat being or Lion being
This technology is all about who we are being.
What you said, is all about doing and the result
Any issue or situation in our life the question we ask ourselves is " WHAT DO I
NEED TO DO TO PRODUCE THAT RESULT"
OR We ask ourselves this question" THIS IS WHAT
I AM DOING WILL IT PRODUCE THE RESULT"
None of them is the access to producing results, It is a function of Who we are
"BEING",
When we are being powerful we take the same action , a different result is
produced.
When we are being upset, we take teh same action but a diffent result is
produced, So what is result a function of........
IT IS A FUNCTION OF BEING AND BEING ALONE.
No techonology gives access to this world of being, it is there in our language
but no access to being.
What if you discovered that you had the power to not only complete any past and
create anything that you ever wanted to, What if there were no If's buts and no
limits..........
You remember CATALYST, It expedites the whole process of the reaction
That's how i look at this work.

Look at this you are in Delhi and you are excited and when you are lets say

If you notice than you realize something that how come it be this was it is
because we created it like that, let me show you
Do you notice a child, A child till the age of 2 to 3 has everything
available to him/her, then sometime around 3-5 years we say that the child has
grown up,
There are decision that we make as little children and in adoloscent and
in age of 18-22 that shapes us who we are and also limit us,
Let me share a couple of incidents which will give you an insight into how
I got to be who i am and the limits that are imposed alongwith.
One of the first incident happened when I was four years old" I, papa,
Mummy and my little sister Amita were in Kulu Manali and it was in the evening
my father said" Jatinder get the bottle of whisky",
" I said, Mummy I will get it, Mummy said be careful, do not break the
bottle, I said, Okay, and like a little boy I was carrying the bottle and
really happy that Papa will be so Happy to see this"
That moment I tripped on a stone and the bottle fell out of my hand and
broke.
Papa lashed out at Mom and said" Why did you send the bottle with Gurmeet,
This was the only bottle that I had"
I said to myself that I have done something wrong, that day I failed as a
little boy to do anything right and at that moment I decided to be a good
obedient boy.
When you decide something, where do you place it, Lets say you decide to
not make a mistake, It does not go in your pat behind you, You put it in front
of you , thus end up being careful, cautious most of the time.
Guess what happens to me Till now I have no choice in the matter, I have to
be an obedient boy all the time, with all teh poeple, always afraid of speaking
my mind out and afraid that what will people think.
In the Landmark Forum, Not only do you distinguish these incidents but the
grip that these incidents have in our lives weakens and we get to be powerful
in face of all of this.
Another Incident, LET ME SHARE THE ONE THAT HAS ME BE DIFFERENT AND
SEPERATE: I am nine years old,
I am at Birthday Party of my best friend, Sanjay, " I love this guy and I
just love taking care of him" , " On his birthday party" All his friends and I
are seated together, at that moment his Grandmother comes in and says" Gurmeet
To SANJAY ki POOCHAL hai", I failed to be understood and I decided that " No, I
love this guy and it does not mean that I have to be his POochal, I will be
different"
That day , I became different, Notice I used to talk about all this Big
Things, You know why all people would relate to me as DADU, The old wise man,
Different from Other children. ".
Again. I place the decision in front of me" I have to be Different", IN the
future not the past, Incident Happens in the past but decesion always in
future, right in front of us.
The absurdty is that we think that we have a choice, we do not........ We
never did and when these decisions are taken have all kind of got lost in the
fog of who we are today.
Through this technology you get to see every aspect of teh design of a
human being and the limits and how you can cause to go beyond them.
What happens as one the aspect of the Landamrk Forum is that people begin
to see beyond their fog.
NOW LETS LOOK AT HOW IT APPLIES TO US IN OUR LIVES;
In Every area of our life there is osme loss of power, freedom anf full
self expression, It shows up in various forms, Whether in a realtionship,
whether in creating money, whether being fulfilled in our work, whether being
insipred to fulfill a future, whether in upbringin of children, whether being
powerful in situations. Communication, Personal Productivity etc.......
It is endless.In living our lives it gives us an access to truly creating
and living that life which we wanted to.

I took in on being trained to lead this program because I got that what my
family, my friends, my parents and my colleagues got, I want to spread that joy
to people. I shared with all of you and I tell you it took a lot of courage to
say what I had to say yet I was clear that I cannot anymore have any distance
with you.
I am having my children do this too as now my children are grown up to do
this course and they do not need to be trapped.
