India has been painted in very dull colors.The film does not have any sincerity
and honesty,as only the darker aspects are highlighted.If India,is no more a
country of snake charmers,then it is also certainly not a country of only slums.
The producers have worked overtime to encash India's
poverty,prostitution,child labour,crime,corruption,beggary,underworld,communal
riots......and so on.
On technical grounds,slumdog...is a masterpiece,with perfect
direction and narration.I am not impressed with the partial,sadistic and
negative approach.
The only emotion,that over powered me,after stepping
out.....is SHAME.
