http://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1536 --- Comment #4 from Dreas van Donselaar <[email protected]> 2014-10-30 13:50:33 --- I don't believe this discussion is suitable for a bugtracker, feel free to email me directly if you have any questions or concerns. The only thing I'd like to clarify here is that we DO NOT in any way modify the Exim sourcecode to "improve things" without sharing such changes with the Exim community. You seem to believe we're running some sort of secretly adjusted and improved Exim version, we're not. We're actively involved with Exim developers to share our knowledge and suggestions. All we did in this specific case is to ensure the configuration variables are protected (and we're happy to share that code adjustment of course without the key). Nobody should be accessing the SpamExperts system with SSH, we provide an extensive API to control all features. I'm not sure why your client is asking you any questions about our product, as indicated before we're managing the software for them and they can simply email our support for any assistance (and so can you, if your client authorizes you for that). If they prefer to run a different type of solution, there are many options out there (including opensource unmanaged software). -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.exim.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email -- ## List details at https://lists.exim.org/mailman/listinfo/exim-dev Exim details at http://www.exim.org/ ##
