Certainly by the time we get to stage 17 there's only one... and it appears to be all complete, despite there being a hints DB entry to look at. In step 6 you say "The spamcatcher2 account processes". Is this acutually Exim doing processing, or something else? You say "significant delivery" so I'm assuming it's actually an Exim router.
