I don't personally have the toolchain needed for texinfo (on Fedora), it seems.
Having installed docbook2texi I'm stuck with a flood of whines like
nsgmls:/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xml-dtd-4.2/docbookx.dtd:112:17:E: "X20AC" is
not a function name
So, for now I'll alter the .spec to say that building "info" format is up to
interested parties.
