I agree. There is no black-list that I would use, except internal ones, to outright reject emails. They all contribute to the spam score. This unfortunately creates more traffic as all lists are queried. This can be mitigated by checking the cumulative score before performing successive checks and stopping when the spam score threshold for the recipient has been reached. A random rotation of blacklists should also be implemented.
