Well, being a nice guy doesn't let you get past airport security checks, and doesn't exempt you from bans on carrying dangerous items. Similarly, being a nice guy doesn't get you past RBL checks that are hugely successful in blocking spam. These days, you just have to accept that you can't use a dynamic IP address for sending email. To do so, you'd either have to convince the maintainer of a list of dynamic IP addresses, that the list should be incomplete. Or, you have to convince everyone that you might ever want to send email to, to whitelist you. Some sites don't do whitelisting - heck, why would I whitelist an IP address that could change ownership overnight!
