Shurely "and" would be one ACL statement like:

  deny
    dnslists = <some blacklists>
    dnslists = <some more blacklists>

Whereas I thought I was suggesting 2 ACL statements:

  deny
    dnslists = <some blacklists>

followed by:

  deny
    dnslists = <some more blacklists>

which is "or" - right ?
