"testing" contains 4.67, I don't know if it's recent enough for you.
Rebuilding the testing package in a stable environment could work.

And you always have the option to build your own exim package by
"assimilating" the debian/-Directory from the most recent one. If you're
lucky it works w/o problems. (Just apply the patches carefully, because
it could be possible that some patched things went into upstream
meanwhile).
