It can be done by generating a bounce message. However, you should not do that 
unless you are sure the sender address is accurate. For example, if you have an 
SPF pass, or a good DKIM signature.

You could argue for bouncing freely into domains that don't publish SPF records 
at all, but I won't ;^)
