I think, you only can map n:n
headers add "${map{<\n $h_x-spam-score:}{X-Torres-Spam-Score: $item}}"
to have the least surprise, until you can answer the above question.
BTW, I think there is a bug, the header concatenation doesn't work
properly, if the header is folded. To keep '\n' as the list separator,
the "folding" \n should be doubled.
