If I build an Exim 4.88 with the same version of GnuTLS it still doesn't
work (outlook.com drops the connection). Maybe the do not like the
ciphers?

It differs from successful connections with OpenSSL:
TLSv1.2:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-SHA384:256
I've now built Exim 4.88 with OpenSSL and the issue went away.
Conclusion: Outlook.com doesn't like GnuTLS 2.12.20 with the Exim
default settings. Nobody else having that issue?
