Not with outlook.com. They usually are able to deliver their spam to my
server where on the other hand they refuse to deliver regular mails to
them; to their users or even postmaster.

However, I seen similar messages with using nullmailer. I fixed it long
ago and do not exactly know, which setting. Maybe it ist
"tls_require_ciphers = NORMAL:-VERS-SSL3.0", I think I put that there
for this reason.

I think it has to do with SHA greater than 256. But in your case it
might be some other cipher.

Try to specify them explicitly.
