As I pay taxes, I agree to register the tenant who lives in my apartment. Please note that the place is currently occupied since the end of September. People who are interested can visit the apartment in September. As I have already a lot of requests, visits will be done individually of course but if a person WANTS the place, a guarantee deposit will have to be done, so I will keep the apartment for this person. All will be of course written in an agreement.
