Hi, Expatniki. I have an old desktop that died -- it won't turn on, so I suspect the processor is dead (?). I need to extract all my files, including email files (which are apparently hard to locate on the hard drive). I have a couple of computer guys, but I am a bit nervous about their level of expertise. Can anyone provide recommendations? Many thanks
