As of October 22 2007 Finland refused to issue the visas for non-Finnish citizens, this is concerning 1 year multiple business visas ( cultural, scientific, charitable, etc). Do you have any idea which consulates still do this for the Americans or the main goal is to make people go home?? Please share your opinion. Also - is it specified in the visa - even if it is for 365 days, that the person has the right to be in Russia only 180 days total and not more than 90 days within 6 month.? May be better option then is just to have a 3 month visa and renew it after it?
