To get your first 3-months working visa will be done in your country of origin 
and can be done quickly (1-2 days...)
 
Once you get back to Russia, the average period to transform your 3-months 
working visa into a 1-year working visa is indeed 21 days. But some companies 
can do it much quicker... as always, it is just a matter of right people/right 
time/right amount !
