Metamucil in Moscow? - Coals to Newcastle? Buying (locally-produced) "otrubi"
(bran) in their brightly-coloured packs - you can find them in most
supermarkets - is another, I'd say better option. Cheaper, healthier (no
artificial flavourings, etc. like Metamucil), and readily available. Also
packed with protein.
