I've found a great shop for buying cigars (Gallereya Gradusov on Serpukhovsky Val), but I can't really find a nice, comfortable bar or restaurant for smoking them (in fact I was even kicked out of Silver's for smoking a cigar!). Is there anyone who knows of any cigar-friendly, not-so-elitny places, where one can go, where there's a good atmosphere, without the booming techno and without a sushi menu?
