1. Good luck with russian tax law and taxes+ paperwork, in case of buying for the company, even russian one! 2. Buy the property for the name of the person you trust in russia (your boyfriend/girlfriend/realtives). 3. Here's no restriction to buy properties by foreign persons at all. 4. If you have an access to cheap money (3-5% of interests yearly) why don't you buy a whole building, renting out the rest of space there (apartments and offices)? 5. Employees, contracts etc does not really works here - just imagine YOU having all russian courts asking to get the property back from your former employee, AND the property might be probably sold at the moment of first court.
