I work for a British company and for my two kopek’s worth I am thoroughly amazed at the different accents from Proper old school British English to a New Castle Jordie accent. Sometimes we need a translation from English to English just to understand what our Jordie is even talking about. America has an excuse for the different accents for exactly the reasons you stated below, but what is Brit’s excuse?
