One room apartment (50 m2) in Chisty Prudy (Miljutinsky Per.) available from August 1. The apartment is very bright with high ceilings, has a good kitchen (dishwasher & washing machine), good level of renovation and a great landlord (English speaking). The current rent level is Euro 1,200 plus utilities. It comes unfurnished (but since I am selling some furniture it can also be partly furnished).
