It doesn't exactly fit your requirements but here goes: 2 room metro 1905 (less than 1 minute's walk - very convenient and the reason I took the place) 40K plus bills remont is Russian - not very pretty but comfortable and functional agency fee - 10K just to draw up official tenancy agreement etc If you're interested, let me know!
