Hi -On the off-chance that there are any Moscow based US citizens out there
planning to take the October FSOT, please write to the Moscow US embassy to
express your interest in taking the test on its premises. Hopefully, if enough
people are interested, the embassy will offer the test. Otherwise, those of us
planning to take the test might end up having to travel to Kyiv to do it.Thanks!
