First off, Happy Holidays!
Secondly, i am in need of help. A friend of mine is being sent by his company
to Moscow for work (at least one year). He is moving in few days, in fact, he
will be in Moscow starting the end of December. There is not much of help from
his company's side with regards to the apartment search, so I called up few
agencies and still am waiting for some decent response.
Can someone give a piece of advice on the apartment search in Moscow. What are
the chances of the landlords in Russia do the registration (the timing is
horrible, since the first 10 days of January are holidays). Do utilities mostly
included in rent?
Would much appreciate any help.
