Hi Nick,

I can highly recommend Irina. She is actually from Georgia (Gruzia),
and speaks Gruzian and Russian, no English.

I only used her service for 4 months, but was always happy with her
thorough work. She doesn't clean around things with a little swiff,
but actually lifts items or moves them to get behind them. She checks
if the mirrors have glares, and suggests to clean bigger things on a
regular basis.

Every time she asks me what I want additionally cleaned beside the
usual round, for example, she noticed the chandeliers being in dire
need of cleaning, windows, and hidden places, I wouldn't even have
noticed ...
She wants me to tell her, what I don't like, or want differently, and
immediately adjusts to my comments.

It takes her longer to clean things because, she prefers to clean
without strong chemicals (uses only standard cleaning liquids and
water) rather washes things several times, or with natural remedies
(lemon, soda, ...). She buys the cleaning material herself and I pay
for it based on receipt. She takes pride in her work and asks for
honest feedback. Whenever I am unhappy about something (only happened
twice when she forgot a little detail), she immediately gets onto it,
and doesn't need to be reminded twice.

I paid her 1500 RUB each time she came. She usually stayed from 9 till
4, sometimes less, sometimes more, depending on her pace.

In my absence, she took care of my plants and ensured, that everything
was fresh and aired when I returned without me asking for it, and
without her expecting to be paid for it.

She is also an excellent cook. An additional arrangement for cooking
services can be made.

I sometimes gave her clothes or household items which I didn't need
anymore due to my soon departure, which she gratefully took and wore,
or told in all details who in her neighbourhood/circle of friends
received what for what purpose. :-)

Altogether, she is a wonderful warmhearted person, who had a tough
life and is grateful for every little kindness, be it in words,
interest, or material things. As I left Moscow already, I will miss
her lots.

Give her a call on 89268070717. I am sure, she is happy to help
wherever she can.

Hope this helps.

Ciao
Rica

P.S. I cannot believe it, but I do miss Moscow to some extend. Somehow
it grabs and holds you, and I couldn't even tell what exactly it is.
