Dear Ezekiel,

In Kiev you can get a 3 months business-visa in 3 days, doing it by yourself
(it is not difficult at all!), and without being a resident (the day leaving
the application not counting, actually if leaving it on Monday don't count
on having it before Friday) for 110 USD if you have all the necessary
documents:

   - passport
   - copy of passport
   - copy of migration-card
   - insurance - you can visit any ORANTA office in Kiev to have it done for
   20 USD
   - questionnaire filled in (you get it at the consulate and you will fill
   it in in 5 minutes)
   - one photo
   - invitation (original) I recommend you to contact Liga consultant for
this. Ask for Vadim who speaks English. 8499 9781529

Best regards and good luck!/Johan
