I am facing up with a very big problem, I have a commercial visa (for
one year) 90 days in and 90 days out and I am doing all the documents to
obtain a temporary residence "vremennoe prozhivanie". I found a low
number 115-F3 point 5, in which it is quite clear written that I can
prolongue the period for more than 90 days, if I have in hand a
declaration from UFMS that I am waiting the temporary residence
"vremennoe prozivanie".
Today I went to UFMS, just to receive more informations about that and
they told me that this law is only for people coming in Russia without
visa, but for me *_it is a big nonsense,_* because in the law about
temporary residence there is written that to obtain that document more
than 180 days, one of these document who is giving this possibility is
the commercial visa.
Can someone of you help me with this situation? What I have to do to
stay in Russia more than 90 days to receive my legal temporary residence
I am waiting for?
