I withdraw 500 euros at the RaiffeisenBank at Stary Arbat and change them at an exchange office. Better rates than when I withdraw Rubles directly. But beware of cheating! Always check if it is with or without commission. And count your money in front of their eyes. Probably there will be some notes left in the draw.
