Hello all, I'm looking for a flat mate to rent a room in our centrally located, large apartment. Room has king sized bed, wardrobe, desk, and chairs. Apartment has two bathrooms, communal living room and extra storage. Near shops, restaurants, bars and parks. Flat is next to Tverskya, Chekovskaya and Pushkinskaya metro stations. Rent is 37,000 Rubles a month all bills included except for Internet (240 Rubles monthly) and a cleaner who comes twice a week (2500 Rubles monthly).
