Nick, my favorite used to be HSBC and I am still sad that they closed down HSBC Russia (Retail part of it) Try Alfa-Bank if you did not try it yet. It is certainly not as good as HSBC yet at least they are trying :) Also, you may check various rankings at httP://banki.ru like, for instance, "people's ranking": http://www.banki.ru/services/responses/ yet I am not squite ure how relevant these rankings are...
