I'm using RH 5.2...to get modules working, I had to remove the
/lib/modules/preferred symlink, create a new one (ln -s lib/modules/2.2.3-1
 preferred). Then, cd /lib/modules. Do a depmod -a, then modprobe -a * and
then I was all set. Other than that, upgrade was smooth. Thanks
