Thanks for the help, both of you!
For some reason, I was thinking that it would be more difficult than
just copying things over after an install. I'll give it a try this
weekend.
I think I missed the Root-RAID-HOWTO somewhere in my reading, because it
looks like it's got the information I was hoping for. Thanks for the
pointer!
