rpm only knows about libraries installed with rpm (rpms can be written to
check for non-rpm libraries, but few are). So when you're trying to install a
WM rpm, it wants to see that the rpm libraries needed are also installed. You
can try to force the installation, but most likely you'll need the library rpms.
