Dear All Knowing,
I have read the archives regards installing the X server for the i740 card
but after I follow instructions I still don't see any of the i740 cards in
Xconfigurator. I tried to run the command
ln usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_XBF_i740 usr/X11R6/bin/XBF_i740
but I get an error saying
ln: /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_XBF_i740: No such file or directory
Yet all the normal files seem to be in place. I ran the README.i740
recommendation of
ln -sf /usr/X11R6/bin/XBF_i740 /etc/X11/X
and that worked fine ... but I still can't see it. Any ideas??
