Hi, just wondering if anyone has used TkDesk with Mandrake. I magaged to
download and install all the right stuff (the main rpm, plus a few support
packages for Tk...) runs just like a champ execept for no windows, that is, it
will file up netscape, a file browser, EMACS all just fine, just have no chance
to resize or move the windows it creates.
An extremely odd issue, I admit. but just hoping someone might have seen that
one before.
on a similiar note, is it possible to make a script to run 2 windowmanagers
(heck, anything, for that matter) concurrently? I have a shell script with two
commands, like:
#!/bin/sh
kppp
Kmail
(end of file)
crank it up and it will run the first app, but will wait on the second app till
the first one quits and then fire #2 up... any simple, elegant way to get
around this?
