Isn't. I've actually built a Mandrake RPM for it and decided not to put it
in updates/ because it's about as bad as all older versions. The browser
itself, just as usual, works quite well unless you do java, composer still
crashes when you try to insert a link.
If anyone still wants to try it, you can get the RPM at
ftp://ftp.mandrakesoft.de/pub/netscape-4.61mdk/
If you want to get it, please get it either tomorrow or Friday (when I
don't need the line myself) - it's just a 64 kBit/s line, not meant for a
huge server.
