[expert] Stuff I need to do, but can't figure out...

Hello there everyone.  I am going to be using Mandrake for a Computer
lab, and we need to make it really secure.

Can someone help me with (how do I do)  the following:

    * disable personal cron and at jobs
    * eliminating setuid programs

I found setuid programs by using find +perm 4755 etc...
