Am I glad I took a subscription on the expert list as well! I have a
card with a i740 chipset as well and I had exactly the same problems. It
is not in the list of supported cards either (CARDEXpert) It doesn't
need settings or probings for the clock chip. I think I just set the
amount of RAM and the screen resolutions I knew my screen could do, as
it does them under Windows.
