[expert] C Header files ????

Hi!

Where can I find the C header files? In which package?
First I updated my RedHat 5.2 with Mandrake 6.0 and then I re-installed just
Mandrake 6.0 and now I can't compile because I don't have the standard C
header files.
I can't figure in which package they could be included, they don't seem to be
in the compiler packager of pgcc.
Anyway, what about egcs? Isn't it included?
