Err....I don't think so. This is a full-height 5.25" drive. Seagate shows
that model to be 10.5 GB, but when I stick it into the machine, it only
reports 8.5. :-( Also, the model number was ST and then 5 numbers....don't
have it in front of me (it's at work where I'll probably work on it some
more tomorrow or Monday until I get it working right <G>) I believe it is a
Seagate 410800N. Information on this drive can be obtained at

Well, as I say, this is a SCSI drive connected to an Advansys SCSI card
(ABP940-UA) and it's the IDE that locks up. I suspect it may not like that
old Conner drive, so I'm going to try and replace it with a Seagate 850 that
I had lying around (pretty much the same model, just has the Seagate lable
on it <G>) I suppose, if all else fails, I'll just make it an all-IDE system
and go get me one of those new-fangled 20GB IDE drives <G>
