Well, the 04 tells something already. have a look at tge LILO
Documentation, it tells you what went wrong:

The LI Means, that lilo was able to load the second stage loader, but
could not execute it. The 04 then tells us: Sector not found, probably
occuring from a geometry mismatch from what lilo thinks the Harddisk has,
and what the BIOS tells lilo the harddisk has.

The Fix is simple. Either you add the linear Option to your
lilo-configuratio, or, start lilo using the "-l" option, or, easyer that
one, go into your Bios, and change the Harddisk setting from LBA to Large
or anything else and try booting then until lilo finds the right geometry.
