[expert] 3dfx device drivers

Can anyone help with this .. Using mandrake 6.0 .. i went to the linux
games 3Dfx info page  ( http://www.linuxgames.com/3dfx_info.shtml  ) and

installed the voodoo2 driver from there (RPM) works no prob .. although
that only allows root to use the card. on the same page there is a
device driver as well that allows regular users access to the 3d
hardware.. although it is a src.rpm for redhat.  How can i rebuild the
source rpm on mandrake??
